For those who have followed The Strong Society® for some time now know that there are two services offered at the time of this publication: One-on-One customized fitness and nutrition coaching, or an at-your-own-pace Monthly Membership.

If you are on the brink of deciding which choice is best for you, this blog should clear up any questions and point you in the right direction!

Let’s start here: If you are new to The Strong Society®, TSS is an online and app-based health and wellness platform aimed to empower and educate people to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through coaching, education, and overall positive habit building.

Option 1: One-on-One Coaching

The Strong Society® one-on-one coaching services include:

  • Full access to The Strong Society® app (and soon Members’ Area via website)

  • Customized macro nutrition plan with access to 100’s of interchangeable meals and recipe ideas catered specifically to the client’s body profile, goals, and allergy restrictions.

  • Customized workout program specifically designed with the client’s goals, profile, experience level/limitations, location (whether at a gym or at home), and equipment available.

  • 24/6 coaching support and immediate feedback via the app

  • Access to The Strong Society® community forum

  • Weekly check-ins via the app (body stats, photos, feedback for coach)

  • Optional weekly zoom calls with coach

As you can see, The Strong Society® one-on-one coaching clients get a fully attentive experience with their coach to make sure that each client’s profile, lifestyle, goals, and habits are taken into consideration for a full integration and eventually, transformation.

The One-on-One Coaching option is ideal for clients who:

  • Excel best with accountability and support from a coach

  • Have experience with an in-person trainer and are familiar with workout programming (this is not a requirement, but does allow for initial experience of what to expect working with an online trainer)

  • Have some experience with macros and meal-tracking, although not a requirement.

  • Have experienced challenges achieving their goals and need a more structured and customized plan/support

  • Are ready to elevate their current workout routine with bigger goals and a clear roadmap to get there

  • Have the expendable income to invest in their health and wellness goals.

Option 2: The Strong Society® Monthly Membership

The Strong Society® Monthly Membership includes:

  • Full access to The Strong Society® app

  • Macro nutrition plan with access to 100’s of interchangeable meals and recipe ideas catered specifically to the client’s body profile and goals.

  • Access to The Strong Society® On-Demand Workout library to pick and choose 100’s of workouts at their own pace.

  • 24/6 app support

  • Access to The Strong Society® community forum

As you can see, The Strong Society® Monthly Membership has great app access to stay focused on nutrition and workout goals, although does not have coach support or customized guidance and is a more at-your-own-pace option.

The Strong Society® Monthly Membership option is ideal for clients who:

  • Excel best with or without a coach. They are comfortable and motivated working at their own pace.

  • Have experience with macros and meal-tracking.

  • Have had experience with an in-person/online trainer and have basic knowledge of how to schedule their own workouts.

  • Have experience with what is needed to achieve their goals and do not need customized programming.

  • Are undecided between One-on-One Coaching or The Monthly Membership and want something to try it out first.

  • Are financially not in a position for One-on-One Coaching services just yet.
